Our customer service team can be reached at 270-300-1464 to assist you with
any product issues that may arise. If we have made an order entry or shipping
error, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly take the product
back and issue a credit. If the product is defective we will assist you per
the manufacturer guidelines. Since the guidelines vary by manufacturer, please
contact customer service for the latest information. Some items are
non-returnable once they have been opened, regardless of the reason for return.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your
purchase date. Any returns returned without a Return Authorization(RA)number
will be refused.
The following steps will help ensure a smooth return
1. Please have your order number or invoice number and information about
the item(s) you are returning available when contacting customer service.
2. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved. A Return
Authorization Form will be faxed to you to complete and fax back to us. THE
BLANK FORM THAT YOU INITIALLY RECEIVE DOES NOT MEAN YOUR AUTHORIZATION HAS
BEEN APPROVED. Once we receive your completed form, we will process the RA and
write the approval number on the form and fax the completed form to you. This
RA number expires after 10 days, so please be sure to send your merchandise
back promptly.
3. Repackaging Product for Return: when you receive the completed
form, please write the RA number on your shipping label and put a copy of the
RA form inside the shipping carton. In the case of muliple cartons, write the
RA number on each label and indicate the number of cartons (for example 1of 3,
or 2of 3, 3 of 3). All product must be shipped in a protective outer box. DO
NOT write the RA number directly on the packaging of the item(s) you are
returning. Defacing of the packaging will cause an automatic cancellation of
the RA and no credit will be issued .The product must be in resalable
condition to receive a credit.
4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by customer. We will
gladly ship replacement product at no charge.
5. An RA Number does not guarantee a credit. It gives you authorization
to return item(s) to us for inspection. Credits will be issued, if justified,
after product inspection.
Defective Merchandise
We encourage you to contact the manufacturer for exchanges of
defective items. However, we are pleased to assist you with the exchange on
all eligible goods as long as you contact us within 30 days of original
invoice. The following manufacturers must be contacted directly for
credit/replacement of defective product.
